We work based on the highest ethical standards.  The sale price we present to you is the FINAL price you will receive.

We close as soon as the paperwork is completed. In most cases, it’s less than 30 days. Because we use title companies and attorneys to coordinate the transaction, it may take them some extra time to complete the title search.

It depends on the land. Sometimes we partner with builders to develop the property, while other times we increase its value by adding improvements and then reselling it as a buildable property. We may also keep the land in our investment portfolio for future use, or to create monthly income by offering financing to help buyers who cannot pay the full price of a property upfront.
